Roulette Wagers

At the roulette table you will find 38 different numbered pockets (in the European game, the number is 37). In any of these numbered pockets the ball could fall into. Along with the wheel are 11 different betting options. The players also have numerous ways to wager. The player can choose to go for a conservative even-money bet, or the long shot straight-up number, which will pay 35:1. It doesn't matter what wager you choose, you are still facing the same house advantage, until you make use of the "Surrender" or the "En Prison" options.

Bets are commonly divided into two different categories the "outside bets" and the "inside bets". The bets that you place outside the numbered grid are made up of number, or color, groups; the bets that you place inside the grid is where the individual numbers are.

The two types of bets are treated differently. If the player has a minimum wager of $10, all of the player's inside bets that are placed individually should add up to the minimum bet. The odds are, the player will be playing with $1 chips; the player must utilize at least ten pieces of $1 chips on their betting inside the layout.

On the other hand, the outside bet will demand that each bet must be equal to the minimum of the table. If the player is going to wager on the "odd", and on the "red", they will have to put at least the minimum bet on each.

Another difference between the outside bet and the inside bet, is that, on the inside bets, all of the bets from different players are stacked on top of each other, if they happen to be playing the same numbers. Outside Wagers are the bets placed outside the numbered grid; here are the bets that the players can play: the numbers 1-18 or 19-36, even numbers, odd numbers, all numbers with the color red, all the numbers with the color black, the columns, and 1st-12/2nd-12/3rd-12.

The Inside Wagers are the bets the players placed inside the numbers grid, the bets are: a one-number wager (this wager gives the highest payout of all, at 35 to 1), the two-number bet (with a payout of 17 to 1), the three-number bet, the four-number bet, five-number bet and the six-number bet.

The dealer will give a hand signal when the ball is getting ready to drop, which signals that all betting is over for that spin. Before the dealer makes the hand signal, place your bet quickly on the number, or numbers, that you like.
